Higest Forte is a veterinary hormonal injection containing Hydroxyprogesterone Caproate (250 mg/ml), primarily used to maintain pregnancy and manage reproductive health in livestock like cattle, buffalo, sheep, and goats.

Primary Veterinary Uses

Pregnancy Maintenance: It is highly effective for reducing the risk of habitual or threatened abortion (miscarriage) by stabilizing progesterone levels, especially during the first trimester.

Reproductive Disorders: Used to treat “repeat breeders” (animals that fail to conceive after multiple services), luteal deficiency, and infertility caused by progesterone gaps.

Hormonal Balance: Helps manage conditions like prolapse of the uterus, silent heat (oestrus), and heat synchronization for breeding programs.

Mammary Support: Stimulates the growth of mammary alveolar tissue and helps in the development of mammary glands during pregnancy.
